Installed in Mexico, this line includes all equipment from coil loading to finished tube unloading and Eddy current testing equipment to check weld quality. Due to the high local labor costs, they chose Automatic palletizing and packing equipment, which saved them a lot of human capital investment.

This machine produced up to 76mm, with an annual production capacity of about 45,000T (single shift), allowing them to save their old factory while also opening up a new market in the local steel pipe industry.

They have two more lines on order and expect to begin production next year.
